About

This project was the construction of the new 85,467 square foot Millstream Career Technical Center. It features a geothermal HVAC system, rainwater harvesting and photovoltaic technologies, two-story masonry and structural steel bearing, and complexities in aluminum storefronts/window applications. The envelope of the building features brick veneer, metal wall panels, and metal panel roofing.
