About

This project consisted of Apollo Career Center’s new $52.8 million renovation and addition. The 7-phase building project included the renovation and reprogramming of the existing Apollo Career Center (including Adult Education and Construction Equipment Office Building) and new facility additions. The renovated area consisted of 117,583 SF and the new addition to the building included 45,823 SF for academic and career technical spaces.
The facility was occupied by staff and students throughout the duration of the 7-phase building project.
