Fostoria City Schools in partnership with the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) has selected Shook Touchstone to manage the construction and renovation project slated for the school district. The scope of work includes a new 123,314 square foot middle/high school building to accommodate 779 students in grades 7-12. Renovation of the existing 104,653 square foot intermediate school will be part of the project scope with an additional 11,533 square feet to be added to house 947 students in grades PK-6. Abatement and demolition of Fostoria High School, Holmes Elementary, Longfellow Elementary, and Riley Elementary is part of the project.
This project is currently in the design stage with construction to begin in March 2018.
