 Project Scope

The new K-8 Elementary/Middle School consist of 194,086 SF which was constructed on 62 plus acres of farmland on North Ohio Street (County Road 121). The new facility provides academic space for 1,180 K-5 students and accommodations for 565 students in grades 6-8.  The new facility offers new classrooms with the latest technology, science labs and flexible learning spaces to enhance the instructional environment.  The project was designed to a minimum of LEED Silver level with a focus on energy conservation to improve operating efficiency and maximize the benefits of 'green' technologies.
