Project Scope

The new 235,000 square foot Parkway PK-12 facility was built in Rockford, Ohio. The building is a one story, steel frame structure with masonry veneer exterior. The building envelope includes science labs, music rooms, and vocational education space as well as two gymnasiums. The project also included a stand-alone auditorium.

The district contributed roughly $4,6 million of their own funds to supplement the OSFC funding to add square footage to the project. Demolition of the District's three existing school facilities was also included in this project. This facility creates a single campus format for the District versus the three separate facilities in three separate villages.
