Woodmore Schools New PK-8
On the third try, voters in Woodmore Local Schools approved a 37-year, $15.7 million bond issue aimed at replacing the district’s aging elementary school in Woodville. The bond issue coupled with $7 million from the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission to build a replacement school in Woodville, Ohio which also will house the middle school. The project consists of a new 105,124 square feet PK-8 facility housing multiple classrooms, administrative areas, dining, gymnasium, music, and library spaces.
- Touchstone CPM delivered a new PK-8 facility to the Woodmore Local District on schedule and on budget. The new facility was occupied by students upon return from winter break on 1/5/15.
- The facility is on target to be certified LEED Silver through the U.S. Green Building Council.
