This is a design-build project consisting of a 40,000 square foot HVAC replacement project for Taylor University at Gerig Hall. The project added a new VRF system to the existing building for heating and cooling. The system is tied into a new vertical well/lake loop.
This project was challenging in that it needed completed in a short amount of time to meet the owner's tight schedule requirements. Existing construction required extreme flexibility in the design and location of the equipment, making field coordination during construction very important.
