Project Scope

This is a design-build project consisting of a 45,024 new 3-story residence hall. The building will house 150 beds with common gathering spaces and will use a geothermal HVAC system with a vertical well field tied into a nearby Taylor Lake. The project will be following LEED best practices, but is not currently targeting any formal LEED certification.

Project Accomplishments

This project was constructed on schedule and in budget using the design-build deliery method.  The facility utilizes a geothermal HVAC system tied into the Taylor University Lake as a heat sink resource.
