The St. Rita's Medical Office Building #3 facility is a beautifully designed 4-level structure, constructed of structural steel. The foundation is made of concrete spread footings, which required extensive site development. The floors are concrete over metal decking. The roof is made of steel joists and metal decking. The building envelope bears an EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finishing System) and curtain wall exterior. The entire facility consists of approximately 100,000 square feet which also includes a connecting walkway to an existing adjacent medical building and another to the parking garage. This project also included the process of leasing out tenant spaces and working closely with doctors. This project was built and designed in two phases. First, the shell was constructed, then the interior work followed. This project was constructed simultaneously with the adjacent parking garage facility as well as both sky-walk structures. As a whole, this project required extensive coordination among all trades and project stakeholders.
